2023 Gibson Made To Measure '63 Firebird V in Kerry Green. Fantastic looking Custom Colour Firebird V. Finished in Kerry Green which is one of the rarest colours they ever did. Mahogany Body, Medium C profile Mahogany neck with a 12” radius bound rosewood fingerboard. 22 medium frets and trapezoid inlays. Nickel hardware, banjo tuners, ABR1 bridge and Vibrola tremolo. Gold reflector knobs, white T-Bird pickguard. 2 x Mini humbuckers with the usual controls 2 x Volume and 2 x Tone on a 3 way toggle switch. In great overall condition beside slight yellowing of the clear, a minor paint chip on the lower bout on the back side, one in the cutaway edge and light patina on the metal parts. There is also minor discolouration from a wall hanger. Nothing major. There is however a small repair on the edge of the headstock where the wood chipped and was fixed by the owner, it's not perfect but can always be re-done professionally. (Please refer to photos). Barely played otherwise, the frets are in great shape with no wear. Great player, great looking and very good sounding Firebird. The nut width is 42.5mm. This guitar weighs 8.62Lb or 3.9Kg. Comes with the original black tolex/yellow lining hardshell case, COA, tags and a chequered strap.
