2007 Gibson Les Paul BFG LTD Edition. Gibson did a very small run of this guitar a couple of years before Les Paul passed away. Only 55 of each colour of manufactured & just 165 worldwide. 
This is #6 of that run in black. Ser # 1961 B (The serial numbers for these started from #1955). This is your opportunity to acquire one as these do not come up for sale. The RRP on these if you could get your hands on one was £3,499.
Usual mahogany body with a carved Maple top construction. 
Rounded 1950s profile Mahogany neck with a 12” rosewood fingerboard and a nut width of 1.695”. The neck only has side dots. The overall Scale Length is 243/4″
The hardware is Plating Finish Distressed black chrome, Tune o Matic bridge, stop bar & Grover tuners. The Neck Pickup is P-90, the bridge is a Zebra Burstbucker 3
Controls: 2 volume, 1 tone, 3-way switch (no cap or washer), kill switch toggle (no washer). The knobs are 2 wood volumes, 1 wood tone. The headstock is hand signed by Les Paul, no truss rod cover as standard on these. Very cool guitar, nice player and one of a few made. In excellent condition throughout, barely played. This guitar weighs 3.43 Kg or 7.57 Lb. Comes with the original black tolex white interior hardshell case.
