1980 Fender Precision Bass. Alder body finished in sunburst. D profile neck with a 7.25” radius maple fingerboard  and a 41mm nut width. The pots and wiring look stock, although one wire has been re-soldered. The pickup looks ok also. Unfortunately the pickguard did not make it and there is a good repro from WD Custom fitted. In good overall condition fro its age, some playing wear and dings as expected for an instrument that has been played. There is also a darker patch at the back of the neck, this looks stained, perhaps a reaction to something that has been absorbed by the lacquer. Hard to tell, it is smooth and beside the discolouration there is no issues there. There is a small pressure crack line coming out of the screw non low E tuner at the back, this has not go through the headstock fully,  it is solid and has not moved in years. Great player and fantastic feel. The bass weighs  10.3Lb, or 4.69 Kg. Comes with a Hiscox case.
