Here is a nice example of a late 1960’s Cherry ES335 TDC. The overall condition is above average for its age. The body finish is a mid Cherry so it shows off the grain pattern unlike the slightly later dark Cherry air colour. Small block inlays on the neck. The bridge has been changed to a more modern version but in the same ABR 1 style. The pickups are original sticker patent numbers with intact solder on the covers. Chrome hardware throughout with an over and under Bigsby B6 tremolo. The guitar has had a refret but is a very good one and it plays superbly. This has been a working live and studio for many years and still has plenty of life in it. There is some slight playing ware on the lower end of the fingerboard. The guitar has original Double lined Kluson Deluxe tuners. Condition throughout is very good and there is only light belt buckle rash on the back. The nut width is 40 mm. The guitar weighs 4.12 Kg or 9.083 Lb. The guitar does have a lower non original Gibson hardshell case.
