1965 GIBSON SG SPECIAL - Cherry finish. Mahogany Body, mahogany neck with a bound 12” radius rosewood fingerboard and dot inlays. The nut width is 39mm. 
The frets are in good condition, although they do show some wear a light pitting. There is enough for a future fret dress when required. 
2 x P90 pickups an a 3 way toggle switch with 2x volume and 2 x tone controls. 
Black reflector knobs. 3 on a side Kluson Deluxe tuners.
Compensated bridge and Vibrola tremolo system. This guitar weighs 2.69Kg or 5.95Lb. All original untouched wiring, the pots that can be dated, do date 52nd week of 65 which make this a late 65 guitar. 
In very good overall condition beside a few marks. (Please refer to the images) No breaks or repairs. Stunning natural lacquer checking all over, excellent player and great sounding SG. Comes with the original Vibrola arm and rectangular hardshell case.
