1962 Fender Precision Bass in Sunburst finish. Fantastic Precision in all original condition. (Beside the strap buttons) . It just had a fret dress and full setup and it is a beautiful instrument to play. All the wiring is factory and untouched. The pots do date 36th week of 1960 and the neck dates 1961. The serial plate dates it to when it was probably assembled which is 1962. Used and loved as you can tell from all the wear, there is no damage or repairs anywhere. The body looks like ash, Maple neck, Rosewood fingerboard original tuners, scratch-plate, bridge and knobs. The strap buttons have been replace with strap locks. The nut width is 44mm. The bass weighs 8.77Lb or 3.98Kg. Stunning and what an amazing player! Comes with a later/modern Fender case.
