This is a fabulous example of a 1959 Blonde finish Telecaster.
Slab Rosewood fingerboard with slightly flamed Maple neck.
The over all condition is very good with some slight edge ware and a few chips on the front and back. There is no pencil neck dat at this period of 1959. The underside of the neck does have an old social security number scratched into it but obviously is hidden from view. This was a common practice back in the day.
The serial number does denote 1959 and the pot dates are the 16th week of 1959.
All the electrics seem solder intact and are fully working.
Single ply white plastic guard not green nitrate. The guitar weighs 7.74 Lb or 3.510 Kg with a nut width of 42mm (approx). The guitar also has the Ashtray cover and a small 50’s style leather strap with it.
Comes with the original tweed case with Yellow/Gold lining in good condition.
