1950s Gibson L-50. Fantastic Gibson Hollow Body/Archtop from the 50s. Full Mahogany construction. 14 fret to the body Mahogany neck with a Rosewood fingerboard and 19 Frets. The frets are in great shape and show minimal pitting on the first 3 frets on the B string. In great condition overall beside a small isa scratch above the top F Hole and few minor dings. The back of the neck has been blown over with some poly lacquer. There is a small lacquer line on the back of the headstock, no breaks or repairs this is superficial. The guitar plays beautifully, the action is nice and comfortable. Adjustable rosewood bridge and tailpiece. The original open back 3 on a side machine heads do work perfectly, however one is slightly bent. The scratch plate is missing. The nut width is 44mm and weighs 1.85 Kg or 4 Lb. Later hardshell case. Non original.
